We ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to Canada or other countries. There is a MINIMUM ORDER SIZE of $34.29 when an order is processed through our web site. There is no minimum if you reach us on phone, however, understand that the shipping fee on all orders is
a minimum of $12.

SHIPPING FEE = 25% of orders totaling over $100.00.
SHIPPING FEE = 30% of orders with products prices totaling $60 to $100
SHIPPING FEE = 35% of orders with products prices totaling $34.29 to $60, with a minimum shipping fee of $12
Our advertised shipping rate is a percentage of the order product total value, and is for delivery into the continental
United States. To arrive at this figure, add up all of the individual product prices to arrive at the order product total value. There is a minimum order
product total value of $34.29 on orders placed on our web site. The minimum shipping fee is $12. We recommend ordering more than $34.29 in merchandise in order
to lower your shipping fee as a percentage of your order's product total value. If you are anticipating purchasing a large amount of product, we recommend purchasing
it in minimums of $100 in merchandise total value at each purchase in order to take advantage of our lowest shipping rate.
The shipping rates into Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be higher. We generally use USPS parcel post for those locations. Our shipping fee for those
locations is what the Unites States postal service charges us. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or PR, we will contact you prior to shipping. We no longer ship
into Canada or any country other then the United States. See the links on the bottom of this page or the right column for more information.
We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, and orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your order is
processed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next legal business day, and are typically received by the customer within 5 to 7 business days after
the order is placed. We do have an extensive stock of products, however we cannot stock every item every moment (and this is also true for the manufacturers and
importers).
Certified International, Merritt International, Corningware, Presto, Pyrex, Revere and other bakeware products are shipped within 5 to 10 business days after the order
is processed, and are typically received by the customer within 12 to 15 business days after the is placed.
All orders in the continental states are shipped using standard UPS ground, Federal Express ground/home delivery service, or United States parcel post. This is 2 to 7
day service. You do have the option of selecting Federal Express overnight, 2-day, or 3 day service by calling or emailing us. Customers who select and pay for
2-day air delivery may not receive their cookware in 2 days; but you should expect it faster than standard ground shipping. This option is not a rush delivery
service, and all shipping charges are nonrefundable.
