Wow, talk about a versatile enamel coated cast iron cookware set!  Many of these pieces have multiple uses, such as lids that double as separate cast iron pans.  These cast iron pot and pans are a great gift.  This set has no teflon surfaces at all, it is all porcelain enameled interior surfaces.  There is a similar set available, product code CW900, that does include two of the cast iron frying pan.  Those two have the super tough Quantum2 long lasting non-stick surface.  We are assuming there will be interest in this cast iron cook ware set without the fry pans so we have designed this product code CW899 without the two fry pans.
