Garlic Pork Chops with Apples

Ingredients:
Pork chops 1-1.5 inches thick
Large red apple cored, peeled & sliced
Tablespoon powered garlic
Teaspoon salt
Teaspoon pepper

Preheat skillet to medium heat
Sprinkle pork chops w/garlic
Season chops with salt & pepper
Brown chops on both sides
Add apples into skillet
Cover & cook until valve whistles
Reduce heat and cook 15-20 minutes
Serve


Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Ingredients:
Roasting chicken (3-4 lbs)
Tablespoon salt
Tablespoon pepper
Spring potatoes/red potatoes
Broccoli head
Tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Cut broccoli into medium pieces
Cut potatoes in halves
Add potatoes & broccoli into pan
Rub oil over chicken & season
Place chicken in pan & cook over med heat
When valve whistles, reduce heat
Cook add'l 30-40 min. (10 minutes per lb)
Release pressure & remove chicken
Place chicken on low pan & place into oven
Brown chicken in oven at 350 degrees


Baked Ham & Potatoes

4 lb center-cut ham
Medium-sized baking potatoes

Rinse ham & place in pan
Half potatoes & place in pan on ham
Cover & cook on medium
When valve whistles, reduce heat
Reduce to low and cook for 50 minutes
(approx. 20 minutes per pound)
Turn off, release pressure & serve


Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
Pounds fresh pork roast
Teaspoon salt
Tablespoon fresh

Directions:

Run roast with salt, pepper & ginger
Brown meat in non-stick pan
Place meat in stainless steel pan and cook on medium heat
When valve whistles, reduce heat to low
Continue cooking for about 45 minutes
Release any pressure inside cooker
Using meat thermometer, test temperature
(meat is done if temperature exceeds 175 degrees)
Serve roast immediately
